The Cachaça Delicana Silver 44° is the bolder sister of the Delicana Silver: With 44% ABV, it brings more intensity to the glass. The number in the name stands for the alcohol content – in Brazil, it is often given in degrees (°).

According to the manufacturer, the Silver 44° has an intense aroma of molasses and freshly pressed sugarcane juice – lively and fresh. Thanks to the higher alcohol content, it also stands out well in mixed drinks with plenty of ice, lime, and fruit juice.

Usage

• Caipirinha: classic with lime, cane sugar, and plenty of ice – step by step in our Caipirinha recipe.
• Batida: with coconut, passion fruit, or condensed milk.
• With food: The manufacturer recommends it as an accompaniment to Brazilian dishes such as Feijoada or Churrasco.
