Camocim – Brazilian coffee to discover

With the 250 g pack, you can discover Camocim – a Brazilian plantation coffee roasted by the Hamburg coffee roaster Dethlefsen & Balk. It is supplied as whole beans in a pack from the roaster's "Café Cult" brand.

Origin

According to the roaster, the Camocim farm is located high in the mountains of the Atlantic Rainforest (Mata Atlântica), surrounded by natural vegetation. Dethlefsen & Balk states that a particularly robust plant variety is grown there.

Taste

Dethlefsen & Balk describes fine Arabica beans with a mild, sweet, nutty aroma, a full body, and low acidity.

Preparation

Freshly ground, the coffee is suitable for filter, French press, fully automatic machines, or portafilter machines – simply adjust the grind to your brewing method.
